- @Mymihan2: سلام. اگر منظورتان اضافه کردن الگو‌های پانویس مثل {{پانویس}} یا {{پانویس-کوچک}} باشد، میتوانید اینکار را با ویرایش صفحهٔ فهرست یک اثر و اضافه کردن الگوی مورد نظر در قسمت «پسایند/پانویس» انجام بدهید. این روش فقط در مورد صفحاتی که هنوز ایجاد نشده‌اند جواب میدهد و موقع ایجاد صفحه پانویس بصورت خودکار درج میشود. چند گونگی در
میان شهرها
میشد از هزار تن یکی معنای درست آنرا نمی‌دانست و انبوه ایشان میهن را سرزمین و کوه و بیابان شمارده و بنام میهن‌دوستی شعرها در ستایش آب و هوای آن میسرودند و دلبستگیهای گزافه آمیز شاعرانه نشان میدادند.
یکی از نتیجه‌های شگفت این بیراهی، جدایی و چند تیرگی بود که ناگزیر در میان شهرها پدید میآمد، زیرا چون راهیکه همگی آن را پیمایند نمیبود، و چنانکه گفتیم مردم را شورانیده و ناآسوده گردانیده و بخودشان واگزارده بودند که کوششهایی کنند، خواه‌ناخواه اندازه فهم و آگاهی خود آنها، و سستی و استواری خویها، و بودن و نبودن پیشروانی، در پدید آوردن حال هر شهری کارگر افتاد و جنبش و کوشش در هر کدام از آنها رنگ ورویه دیگری بخود میگرفت.
مثلا در تبریز چون اندیشه‌ها بلندتر، و آگاهی از معنی مشروطه و قانون بیشتر وخويها استوارتر میبود، و از اینسو پیشروان دلسوز و کوشنده پا در میان می داشتند، در نتیجه اینها جنبش و کوشش پایه استواری یافت، و بيک رشته کارهای ارجدار و سودمندی از پدید آوردن دسته مجاهدان و بنیاد نهادن دبستانها و مانند اینها پرداخته شده و چنانکه دیدیم، در آن نه ماه تبریز چندبار با خودکامگی نبرد کرد و در همگی فیروز در آمد.
در تبریز هرچیز را بمعنی درست خود می فهمیدند و هر کاری را دلسوزانه پیش می‌بردند. خرده گرفتن این شهر بقانون اساسی، برخاستن آن بشمردن کمیهای قانون، و ایستادگیش برای پیشرفت خواست خود که یاد کردیم بهترین نمونه از نیک‌فهمی و کوشش دلسوزانه تبریزیان می‌باشد.
چنانکه گفته‌ایم در این شهر يک کمی پیدا نشدن علمایی همپای دو سید بود. نیز چنانکه دیدیم ملایان بزرگ اینجا بیشتر از دیگران، از مشروطه روگردانیدند و جز از ثقة‌الاسلام بازمانده همگی بدشمنی برخاستند. تبریز اگر همه‌چیز نازد باین نتواند نازید. چیزیکه هست در اینجا از ملایان کوچک (از پیشنمازان و واعظان) دسته بیشتری با آزادی همراهی نمودند و تا پایان پایدار ماندند، و برخی از اینان جانفشانیهای بزرگی کرده و بنام شدند.
گذشته از آنانکه یاد کرده‌ایم میباید در اینجا نامهای حاجی سید المحققين و شیخ‌سلیمان میرزا اسماعیل نوبری و شیخ محمد خیابانی و ضیاء العلماء وملاحمزه و ملاغفار را بریم . اینان همگی در مشروطه‌خواهی پایدار ماندند.
حاجی سیدالمحققين پسر نظام العلماء و خود در نجف درس خوانده و از شماره مجتهدان میبود. شیخ سلیمان پیشنماز کوی چوست‌دوزان وخود پیرمرد غیرتمندی میبود. نوبری و خیابانی تازه بملایی رسیده بودند ، ضیاء‌العلماء از يک خاندان توانگر و خود جوان دانشمندی میبود که گذشته از درسهای ملایی بزبان‌های اروپایی نیز می‌پرداخت. ملاحمزه از روضه‌خوانان و از سردستگان کوی خیابان بشمار میرفت و در آن کوی هواداران بسیار میداشت. ملاغفار هم روضه‌خوان میبود.
از شهرهای آذربایجان خوی و سلماس و ارومی، هریکی باندازه خود پیروی از تبریز نمودند و جنبش در آنها ریشه دوانید. در خوی گذشته از آزادیخواهان خود آنجا که از روی دلبستگی بکشور و توده می‌کوشیدند میرزا جعفر زنجانی با چند تن مجاهد از قفقاز بانجا آمده و پدید آوردن دسته مجاهد می‌کوشید. در سلماس انجمن برپا شده و حاجی پیشنماز رییس آن و سررشته‌دار کارها میبود و نيک می‌کوشید. یکی از آزادیخواهان آنجا شادروان میرزا سعید بود که گاهی در استانبول و گاهی در تبریز و گاهی در سلماس میزیست و جوانی سراپا غیرت و مردانگی میبود. در ارومی گذشته از دیگران شادروان میرزا محمود سلماسی که یکی از علمای بنام میبود بکوشش می‌پرداخت و مشهدی باقرخان که از قفقاز آمده بود بهمدستی او به پدید آوردن مجاهدان می‌کوشید. با همه گرفتاریهای مرزی که یاد خواهیم کرد پیشرفت جنبش در اینجا براه خود می بود.

Upcoming vote on the revised Enforcement Guidelines for the Universal Code of Conductویرایش
Hello all,
In mid-January 2023, the Enforcement Guidelines for the Universal Code of Conduct will undergo a second community-wide ratification vote. This follows the March 2022 vote, which resulted in a majority of voters supporting the Enforcement Guidelines. During the vote, participants helped highlight important community concerns. The Board’s Community Affairs Committee requested that these areas of concern be reviewed.
The volunteer-led Revisions Committee worked hard reviewing community input and making changes. They updated areas of concern, such as training and affirmation requirements, privacy and transparency in the process, and readability and translatability of the document itself.
The revised Enforcement Guidelines can be viewed here, and a comparison of changes can be found here.
How to vote?
Beginning January 17, 2023, voting will be open. This page on Meta-wiki outlines information on how to vote using SecurePoll.
Who can vote?
The eligibility requirements for this vote are the same as for the Wikimedia Board of Trustees elections. See the voter information page for more details about voter eligibility. If you are an eligible voter, you can use your Wikimedia account to access the voting server.
What happens after the vote?
Votes will be scrutinized by an independent group of volunteers, and the results will be published on Wikimedia-l, the Movement Strategy Forum, Diff and on Meta-wiki. Voters will again be able to vote and share concerns they have about the guidelines. The Board of Trustees will look at the levels of support and concerns raised as they look at how the Enforcement Guidelines should be ratified or developed further.

رای اخیر در سطح جامعه در مورد دستورالعمل‌های اجرایی آیین‌نامه فراگیر رفتاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. با تشکر از همه افرادی که شرکت کردند.
پس از رای دادن ۳۰۹۷ رای دهنده از ۱۴۶ از جوامع ویکی مدیا، نتایج ۷۶٪ در حمایت از دستورالعمل های اجرایی و ۲۴٪ در مخالفت است. آمار برای رأی در دسترس است. خلاصه دقیق تر نظرات ارسال شده در طول رای گیری به زودی منتشر خواهد شد.

Community feedback-cycle about updating the Wikimedia Terms of Use startsویرایش
Hello everyone,
Wikimedia Foundation Legal Department is organizing a feedback-cycle with community members to discuss updating the Wikimedia Terms of Use.
The Terms of Use (ToU) are the legal terms that govern the use of websites hosted by the Wikimedia Foundation. We will be gathering your feedback on a draft proposal from February through April. The draft will be translated into several languages, with written feedback accepted in any language.
This update comes in response to several things:
- Implementing the Universal Code of Conduct
- Updating project text to the Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 license
- Proposal for better addressing undisclosed paid editing
- Bringing our terms in line with current and recently passed laws affecting the Foundation, including the European Digital Services Act
As part of the feedback cycle two office hours will be held, the first on March 2, the second on April 4.

متاسفانه به دلیل برخی از محدودیت ها در ویکی‌مدیا، تمام ویرایش‌ها همزمان با فرآیند عملیات سوئیج متوقف خواهند شد. پیشاپیش به‌خاطر این مشکلات عذرخواهی می‌کنیم و برآنیم تا در آینده چنین اتفاقاتی را به حداقل برسانیم.
شما میتوانید مقالات ویکی‌ها را بخوانید، ولی قابلیت ویرایش برای مدت کوتاهی غیرفعال خواهد شد.
- به مدت یک ساعت در چهارشنبه ۱ مارس ۲۰۲۳ نمی توانید ویرایش کنید.
- اگر در زمان‌های نام برده تلاش کنید مقاله‌ای را ویرایش یا ذخیره کنید، پیام خطایی را مشاهده خواهید کرد. ما امیدواریم که ویرایشی در زمان های نام برده از بین نرود ولی نمی توانیم این امر را تضمین کنیم. اگر پیام خطا را مشاهده کردید، لطفا تا بازگشت همه چیز به حالت عادی شکیبا باشید. بعد از آن شما باید بتوانید که تغییرات را ذخیره کنید. ولی توصیخ می‌کنیم که برای آسودگی خاطر یک کپی از تغییراتتان تهیه کنید.
اثرات دیگر:
- کارهای پس زمینه کندتر خواهند بود و بعضی از انها شاید رها شوند. ممکن است لینک های قرمز به سرعت عادی خود اپدیت نشوند. اگر مقاله ای که در جایی دیگر لینک شده را بوجود آورید، لینک آن مدت زمانی طولانی‌تر قرمز خواهند بود. برخی از اسکریپت های سنگین متوقف خواهند شد.

سلام دوستان نمونه خوانی فهرست:مبانی نظری تحول بنیادین در نظام تعلیم و تربیت.pdf را آغاز کردم می خواستم مطمئن شوم انتشار اینگونه سندها مشکلی ندارد؟ ضمنا این پرونده و اسناد مشابه مثل سند تحول آموزش و پرورش را ویکی انبار حذف می کند. راهکاری وجود دارد؟ ماسرا (بحث) ۲۳ اسفند ۱۴۰۱، ساعت ۰۹:۱۰ (ایران)
- @ماسرا: با سلام و تشکر از مشارکت شما. حذف پرونده‌ها در ویکی‌انبار معمولاً به دلیل عدم رعایت حق تکثیر آثار اتفاق می‌افتد و آثاری که در ویکی‌نبشته درج میشوند باید حتماً در ویکی‌انبار بارگذاری شده و از نظر کپی‌رایت مشکلی نداشته باشند. درج اسناد قانونی به خودی خود مشکلی ندارند اما طبق قانون حمایت حقوق مؤلفان و مصنفان و هنرمندان آثار متعلق به اشخاص حقوقی تا سی سال از تاریخ انتشار تحت حمایت این قانون هستند و حق انتشار آنها در مالکیت عمومی نیست. با این حساب قاعدتاً فقط قوانینی که بیشتر از ۳۰ سال از تاریخ انتشار آنها گذشته باشد را میشود درج کرد. با تشکر. Hello fellow Wikisource enthusiasts!
We are the hosting this month’s Wikisource Community meeting on 27th March 2023 at 10 AM UTC / 3:30 PM IST (check your local time) according to the wudele poll.
The first half of the meeting will be focused on non-technical updates and conversations like events, conferences, proofread-a-thons and collaborations. The second half will be focused on technical updates and conversations, such as talking about major challenges faced by Wikisource communities, similar to the ones conducted in previous Community meetings.

Upcoming community review of the Movement Charter ratification methodologyویرایش
Hello everyone,
The Movement Charter Drafting Committee (MCDC) will propose a ratification methodology for the future Movement Charter on April 10, 2023. The proposed ratification methodology is a result of learnings from previous ratification processes.
The MCDC will organize a consultation period with the Wikimedia Movement to hear feedback on the proposed ratification methodology from April 10 to 28, 2023. People will be invited to share their feedback on the questions mainly via the Meta Talk page discussion, on the Movement Strategy Forum, and during the community conversation hours. The MCDC welcomes your input on some open questions.

The MCDC invites everyone interested in sharing their feedback on the proposed methodology to join the community conversation hours:

== Elections Committee: Call for New Members ==ویرایش
Hello everyone,
The Wikimedia Foundation elections committee (Elections Committee) is, from today until April 24, seeking an additional 2–4 members to help facilitate the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustee (Board) selection process.
The 2024 Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees election is being planned. New members are invited to join the Elections Committee. The Elections Committee oversees the Board of Trustees community seat selection process. Join the committee and contribute your valuable skills and ideas to the Trustee selection process.
There are eight community-selected seats on the Wikimedia Foundation Board. The wider Wikimedia community votes for community members to occupy these seats. In 2024, the Elections Committee will oversee this selection process for the community-selected seats with expiring terms. This process will be supported by the Wikimedia Foundation.
Elections Committee members sign up for three-year terms and will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. Members can expect to contribute 2–5 hours per week before the selection process and 5–8 hours per week during the selection process.
As an Elections Committee member, you will be responsible for:
- Attending online meetings between now and the next election (mid-2024)
- Attending onboarding and online training in May–June 2023
- Working with the Committee to fulfill its other responsibilities
New members should have the following qualities:
- Fluency in English
- Responsiveness to email collaboration
- Knowledge of the movement and movement governance
If you would like to volunteer for this role, please submit your candidacy by April 24, 2023 23:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth) on this Meta-Wiki page.

As follow-up to the message about the Universal Code of Conduct Enforcement Guidelines by Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees Vice Chair, Shani Evenstein Sigalov, I am reaching out about the next steps. I want to bring your attention to the next stage of the Universal Code of Conduct process, which is forming a building committee for the Universal Code of Conduct Coordinating Committee (U4C). I invite community members with experience and deep interest in community health and governance to nominate themselves to be part of the U4C building committee, which needs people who are:
- Community members in good standing
- Knowledgeable about movement community processes, such as, but not limited to, policy drafting, participatory decision making, and application of existing rules and policies on Wikimedia projects
- Aware and appreciative of the diversity of the movement, such as, but not limited to, languages spoken, identity, geography, and project type
- Committed to participate for the entire U4C Building Committee period from mid-May - December 2023
- Comfortable with engaging in difficult, but productive conversations
- Confidently able to communicate in English
The Building Committee shall consist of volunteer community members, affiliate board or staff, and Wikimedia Foundation staff.

End of the Movement Charter ratification methodology community reviewویرایش
Hello,
The Movement Charter Drafting Committee has concluded its first community review of the methodology draft, which will be used to ratify the Movement Charter in 2024.
This community review included [collection on Meta], on the Movement Strategy forum as well as two [hours] with communities and one conversation with the Committees of the Wikimedia projects. MCDC greatly appreciates everyone's input. The recording of the ratification methodology presentation is here and [can be accessed here]. The timeline of the next steps of the methodology is provided here.
The WMF support team will produce a report on the community input in May. MCDC will incorporate the feedback and share an updated version of the ratification methodology in August 2023. The MCDC will continue to outreach to stakeholders regarding the updated methodology in late 2023.
